Alisa has been taching social and competitive dance since 1985. After working for George Lucas at Lucasfilm, Ltd., and for Symantec Corporation, she decided to take her career in a different direction (way different) and began working for Arthur Murray, Inc. in San Rafael,California.
Alisa and her husband, Todd, competed professionally in the Americna Smooth category from 1991 until their retirement from competition in 2001.
Professionally certified through the United States Terpsichore Association, Alisa is also registered with the National Dance Council of America as a Championship Adjudicator.
